Bubble Event is based in Brussels but organises events throughout Belgium. We can take care of your entire event or step in for specific elements only: entertainment, decoration, furniture, technical support, catering, staff, coordination and more.<\/p>\n

Bubble Event has its own event venue in Ixelles, close to La Bascule and Ch\u00e2telain.<\/p>\n

Warm, flexible and fully private, the venue is ideal for both private and corporate events and is especially popular for children\u2019s birthday parties. Its cosy atmosphere makes it a great alternative to large indoor playgrounds.<\/p>\n

You are free to choose your own caterer<\/strong>, or you can rely on one of our trusted partners.<\/p>\n

The venue includes several flexible spaces as well as a garden that can be used at certain times during your event.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Can we organise a dance party at your venue?” tab_id=”1790256423700-efdbac4d-f346″][vc_column_text css=””]Our venue is particularly well suited to birthdays, family celebrations, receptions and daytime or early-evening events.<\/p>\n

To respect the neighbourhood, activities end at 9:30 pm<\/strong>, so the venue is not intended for late-night dance parties.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Do you organise children\u2019s birthday parties?” tab_id=”1790256432321-f4b7f154-ff8e”][vc_column_text css=””]Yes \u2014 children\u2019s birthdays have been one of Bubble Event\u2019s specialities from the very beginning! We offer a range of birthday packages with entertainment and activities adapted to the children\u2019s age.<\/p>\n

Birthday parties can take place in our venue in Ixelles or, depending on the package, at another location.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Do you work with your own suppliers?” tab_id=”1790256445412-a02b16f2-1b09″][vc_column_text css=””]We work with a trusted network of professionals, including entertainers, artists, technicians, caterers, decorators, photographers, DJs and other specialists.<\/p>\n

For each event, we build the team that best fits your project.
